Vacation.

I know... I know.. it's taken me forever!! However, here they are! The pictures from our vacation last weekend! Overall, it was a good trip. We had one episode where the kids absolutely freaked out over the sharks, and they wouldn't ride the Ferris wheel with Nana and Daddy. (Can't say that I blame them on that one!) I think the Children's Museum was much better than the Aquarium. How come it's always the cheaper things that they like most? You'd think I'd learn my lesson!! I recommend the Children's Museum for anyone who has kids! It was $7 to get in. We spent about 3 hours there and the kids were ready to go through it again!

Unfortunately, after we left the Children's Museum and ate, Tyler started having his ear issues. Which resulted in a 30 minute stop on the side of the road, and eventually a drive through car wash, and change of clothes... enough said right? We skipped Kemah and went on to our hotel in Galveston. After Tyler had a shower, and some motion sickness pills, he was feeling better so we swam in the hotel pool and then went to the strand. While there, we remembered Aunt Kathy, Roland and Kirbi were all leaving on a cruise that same day. Tyler called them up and we even got to wave goodbye to them as they left!! The kids thought that was the neatest thing. We couldn't have timed that right if we'd tried!
